We let our dough rest for 72 hours. All the pizzas are finished with extra virgin olive oil and are 11 inch size. Unfortunately, we don’t do half/half pizza. FOR GLUTEN ALLERGIES AND CELIACS WE RECOMMEND GLUTEN FREE PENNE PASTA. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA'S ARE BAKED IN THE SAME OVEN AS STANDARD BASES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ZERO CROSS CONTAMINATION.
